don't waste your money on a v-afc without ATLEAST the basic mods...judging by what you want to buy, it sounds like you'll have around $400...i would get an aem intake, aem pullies, and materials from radio shack needed to do a obd2 workaround(if you have 96+ prelude's.) that'll cost you alittle over 400 and the installation of intake, pulley's and obd2 workaround is a sinch...i'd say you'll gain 5-10 hp up top, nothing lost on the bottem end and better throttle response...take my advice man, the two mods you listed are a waste of money for a stock prelude...i don't have a prelude but i know a ****load about it cause two of my friends have a prelude and i've been working on their cars for a long time...
