ABS or even better brakes will not fix stupid driving. Also remember that tires are just as important as brakes, because they are the only thing in contact with the ground. You never mentioned what tires you have.

Anyway if you drive stupid, you are the one going to get yourself into stupid situations - like crashing. Everyone who is of sane mind knows speeding while roads are wet is going to cause problems.
