CAI would give you a little bit more power, and it's usually ok in the rain, just don't drive through huge puddles. Look at the area you drive everyday and see if there is a lot of high standing water after it rains. You just have to be careful with the CAI and you should be fine. CAI = more risk and more power, SRI = less risk and less power. But really it's not that much power either way when you look at it. You'll notice more torque, but not so much horsepower. It makes the engine sound better though.
