I had a short ram and then switched to a CAI w/ bypass. They were both AEM.

The SRI made a lot of noise, was boggy down low & gave me a bit better throttle response. It worked much better on cold days, especially before the engine got too warm. Once the car warmed up, it felt slower than stock at times.

Switching to the CAI was a HUGE relief. I'd suggest saving for the cold air, unless you get a short ram for free. If that was the case, like mine was, save up for the cold air & get it.
