well firstly, if you were speeding on a wet road then you kind of deserve to get into an accident, I just hope that no-one else was injured. I like the way that you put it down to the quality of your brakes than down to drivers ability to react to the situation.

The brakes on your car should be more than sufficiant for your cars output. If you still feel that you have to upgrade, try first for upgrading to discs all round if you don't have it already, bigger discs up front. You could go big brand brakes, but on a stock car, why bother.
