My grounding kit I did was very simple ....all you need are as follow:

- good length of wire....whatever size...from like NAPA or something
- wire cutters/splicers
- a copper terminal
- those like wire hook things...you'll see em the pics and know what I'm
talking about

First unplug your battery and make sure everything is good safety wise. remove the negative terminal and replace it with your new copper one:

now where you can find these copper terminals I dunno...my friend had it so just search around.....anyways...now find some good ground points around your engine bay...cut the wire to desired lengths, As you can see...if you closely follow the wire from the battery you can see my ground points, one of them is on my throttle body/intake manifold area:

now using those yellow hooks I was talking about( look below)...connect the wire to the bolts and the copper terminal:

Its really simple to do and it does help....it improves your battery ( i.e. headlights, interior lights/electronics, electronics all around, start up, etc.)...I also heard it improves your gas mileage and engine but I dunno if thats true.
hopefully this helps some one..I know its shotty instructions but its not hard so enjoi!
