Well the other day i was letting people know that i was having a large multi toned roaring noise from my engine. Turns out is exhast leak and the then my heat shield was loose due to a old bolt that was snapped in half. Well I got into my car this morning, and driving to work, I now have a ticking noise coming from my engine as i accelerate. All this is just getting me frustrated. The Ticking really is unnotacable during idle but you can easily hear the exhast leak now if you listen closely, but during acceleration, the ticking becomes a bit louder and faster. But once the engine warms up to a decent temperature the ticking becomes quieter. but it still remains in the background if you listen closly.

What is this noise?

Anyone know?

Or how to fix for temporary? Im planning on buying a new engine for swap in feburary if not sooner.
