I take it that your car is a manual? What mods have you done to the car before you had it serviced. Could the clutch be slipping? What type of oil was used in the last tune-up for your engine and tranny?....I gained 100km, about 60miles off a tank, just from changing my oil to a better brand. Is your CAI clean? I know you obviously know this, but with 17's on the road, more rubber= more juice used. I know that you've probably thought of all of these, but I'm just saying what worked for me. Try the spark plugs and the spark plug leads, sometimes buying OEM works out better in more ways than one. What D-series motor are you running? Are you still using the stock ECU?

When I got my civic dx I was getting less than 120 miles off a tank.
