That reminds me of a friend's roommate.

Here in Richmond, parking is pretty tight, virtually all parallel spots.

My friend's roommate insists that cars have bumpers so they can bump other cars when parallel parking. :doh:

I park in the alley behind my house, safe from all that shit. I see people hit other cars when parallel parking virtually every day, it's rediculous.
