Figure out which route you want to go. A header and cams would be a waste of money if you want to go FI. I was going to upgrade my cams but then realized that CA has shitty smog regulations, so I couldn't do that, so I changed my plans and went FI.
If you want more power in upper gears, you should look into a final drive ratio change.
