you cant adjust parking brakes becuase the back and the front brake pads are both different... You will know when your brakes pads go bad when you start hearing screeching sounds when you brake or reverse...
the majority of braking is perform in the front.. and a little on the back, but mostly in the front... when changing brake pads, it is recommended to get your front rotors resurfaced for decrease future problems...
