u still need to machine ur new vtec head the mounts are different on the "ls"than on the vtec so u have to machine out new ones that kits is just the oil lines so u dont have to custom fabricate any and the head gasket along with the head u need to machine different holes in the head gasket this kit takes all that work out for u but u would still need to have some machine work done to the vtec head
