Long story short: Bought 1989 Legend, radiator leaked, head gasket blew, technician I bought it from bought it back from me to fix for his son.

Then I was going to buy a 1995 Civic but it turned out that mysterious ticking noise was piston slap, and I didn't want to deal with that. :ugh:

Then I bought a Buick, still have it, we won't go there. h:

And now I'm buying the Legend back. :chuckles: The tech needs the money, so I bought it back with the new head gasket in place for the exact amount I initially paid.

1989 Legend L Sedan baby 154K on it, gray. Pretty nice, cloth seats, built in car phone, memory seats, moonroof, power everything, remote starter, drivers airbag.

Body is rotting pretty badly :happysad: but I only plan to keep it for a year.

So anyway, I'm having $900 worth of work done to the Vigor Wednesday and then the Legend is going in right after it. It needs a fast idle valve, front rotor resurface, tire rotation, tranny fluid flush, radiator fluid flush and whatever else we find it needs. The S3 light is flashing but it drives fine and has been driving fine for a long time with it so whatever.

I changed the oil and put in a battery myself today. It still needs an exhaust but I'm going to have my buddy's shop put something on obnoxiously loud. :rick:

In short: I'm a Legend owner, again. I'll get pics soon bitches.
