Can it be fixed or am I going to have to deal with it? or is the picture not close up enough? I can take a closer picture of the wheels when I recieve them. This is what they guy says about the scratch: One rim has a scratch about 2 1/2 inches long (see it on the picture, not noticeable if you're standing 5 feet away)
