The bumper won't be hard to replace at all, I just have to find a place that will paint it for me. The Honda collision center wants to replace the quarter panel because there is a six inch long dent from the motorcycle's handlebar, right above the tail light.They wrote up a detailed estimate which included all new oem Honda parts,including a new v6 emblem, something I just would have reused from the old bumper. I guess if I fix the car myself, I could probably just live with the dent and not worry about that even though it haunts me everytime I walk past it. I am just worried about the insurance company coming back and saying it wasn't fixed properly, but I plan on ordering the Honda parts online to save some money, and keep all the receipts as proof of the parts being replaced.
