The Azenis can be the better tire depending on the weather. In cool fall/spring like temps the tires kick butt. But when it gets too hot the Azenis suck (they get slippery/greasy).

The setup looks good enough for a road course. I think in the corners and braking your car would shine, since the Prelude is about 300-500lbs heavier than your hb. He might get you on the straights with the better low end torque.

Your car would also probably last longer during a track section because of your bigger brakes. Unless he has upgraded the fluid in his brakes of course.

Also aerodynamics will not play a HUGE role in a short burst race. Maybe in a longer type race.
