As a matter of fact, I just swapped mine out about a month ago. It would be a great idea. Go to
www.lightningmotorsports.com and check them out under the engine section. They are relatively cheap and easy to swap out:
1. Remove spark plug wires.
2. Remove valve cover. Try not to rip the gasket as you will most likely reuse it if still intact.
3. In the B18C, you have to remove the oil rail over the cam. I don't think you would have to do this.
4. Unbolt the cam holder closest to the plug.
5. Pry it up carefully with a screwdriver.
6. Replace plug with new one and apply hondabond to the cam holder to head mating surfaces before replacing cam holder. Also, don't coat o-rings on the new plug with hondabond.
7. Reassemble.
It took me a matter of 15 minutes to do. Do a search on yahoo for a more in-depth procedure.
I bought the Golden Eagle cam cover for $30 shipped. It looks good in the engine compartment.
Hope this helps and good luck.
