haha, i remember when i was helping seniors with their computers and one called me over the phone to help her change her printer cartridge and i gave her a tip: make sure you peel off the plastic thing that covers the cartridge.

she calls me a couple days later and says it doesnt want to print, so i go over and she actually peeled off everything on the cartirdge including the electrical connection part.
