i did mine with my friend...well we swapped my car from neuspeed to eibach springs and kept my tokico shocks and that took all of like 30-45 minutes. it's real easy, just make sure u have some Liquid Wrench in case **** is stuck, and a ratchet extension for more leverage. You will also need a spring compressor, lots of places rent them for a small fee or even for free (autozone). as for trimming bumpstops i didn't need to, but u mite have to i dont know.
