Your fast food habits due to seeing Supersize Me?

Just watched it the other night and I saw a few things about it that I found to be unrealistic, such as him sitting on tour the whole way through the project and getting minimal exercise.

Aside from that though I have noticed that I am not as drawn towards fast food as the dinner option of choice anymore, and have begun cooking at home and picking what I cook a bit more carefully.

I still love my McD's but its funny how a movie can have an impact like that. My daughters who used to always ask for it won't even consider going to Mc Donalds now...I am sure that will pass though.
