Ketchup has enough preservatives in it that it'll last years on the shelf.

Take a look, it doesn't say "refidgerate after opening". Or however the hell you spell that.

Some people like cold ketchup, some people assume it says that but never really looked. I've looked, I like room temp ketchup.
