seriously, tho, you can't possibly expect any president of the united states could get away with doing narcotics and not have anyone notice, do you? he's amped up because he needs to be after the first debate's failure. while kerry isn't exactly the most energetic or passionate guy (actually he's probably one of the worst in those respects), he can talk better than bush does in a setting like that (eg, non scripted). bush doesn't carry himself as well in pulic, he needs to make himself look better than last time, and he knows it. the messing around with his jaw or grinding his teeth argument is stupid. i used to do that when i was a kid, and so did a good friend of mine until high school - were we on crack? nope!
