You could try the Yokohama ES100 and the Pirelli PZero Nero that was mentioned. You could also consider the Falken FK-451 and the Kumho MX, both of which give good grip, with the MX the better "ultimate" grip between the two...either of them can be had for a little above $400 after shipping from Discount Tire (www.tire.com) and TireRack (tirerack.com) respectively. as monkey said, the Goodyear F1 GSD3's have had good reviews, and have excellent wet traction. They're kinda pricey though. I don't mention the Azenis (officially the Falken RT-215) only because they're mainly a dry traction tire (ie: they suck in the rain) and have a short thread life. They are the grippiest tire for the money, and it, along with the MX, are the tires to have for autocrossers.
