Your going round and round here and not getting anywhere.. Lets look at all the things that can cause a single Cylinder misfire.. You have to have compression, spark and correct fuel mixture..First thing to check, is which cyl is missfireing,, cyl #1 is closest to your timing belt, they are then labeled 1-4 towards your distributor.. To check which cyl is misfiring,,, while the engine is running and misfiring,, pull each spark plug wire off and observe engine RPM, the wire that dosent change RPM ( drop in RPM) is your problem.. Now that we know which clyinder is the problem,, we can attack the problem.. NO TPS problem will cause your situation,, honest,, not gonna happen.. Ok Back to your problem..When you pull your spark plug wires off, one by one,, the GOOD cylinders should cause a reduction in RPM, the engine runs worse and you should hear a sharp cracking sound,, that the spark grounding against the Cylinder head. When you find the Cylinder/when pulling the spark plug wires that dosent make the engine run different,, listen for the cracking/snaping sound ( the spark) IF you DONT hear it,, this means you have a problem with the Spark plug wire or distributor cap,, NOT the rotor.. IF you do here the sound,, we have to continue to the other possible causes since you DID replace the spark plugs right?? OK,,, Now lets check your injectors,, While your engine is running,, take a long handled screwdriver, place it on each injector, press the handle end against your ear, somewhat hard,, we want skull contact,, you shoud hear a clicking sound,, does your bad Cyl sound the same as the rest?? If not,, probably a bad injector.. To test,, remove your injectors and switch the suspect injector with one of the others.. Did the missfire change to that same cylinder??Pull spark plugs again to check,, If so,, its a bad injector..Injectore sound OK? Possible compression problem,, get a compression gauge and check all cylinders,, a low reading on your suspect cylinder will cause a misfire,, First check your valve adjustment,, too tight of a valve will cause low compression.. In take leaks cause incorrect Fuel mixture, cause misfires,, you already did what I suggested with spray stuff right??Welcome to Basic Engine Diagnosis 101. I bet you and a lot of others on here think people like me charge too much for what I do every day.. Mean time you keep throwing money on unnecessary parts trying to fix your cars. Sometimes you just need to seek the help of a professional,, Bet It will cost you less in the long run.
