cylinder misfire is usually from either storing the car for a long time and getting stale fuel in the cylinder or simply getting bad fuel in general. But it could also be an indication of something serious, keep a close eye on the car for a while. If the CEL doesn't come back on in a few weeks you should be in the clear.
