You know we own a store, and i can tell you by experience that those late customers are the greatest! they usually don hesitate to much, and they are very grateful that your taking some of YOUR time to help them out, makes them want to come back to your store! but maybe i am talking as a business owner and not employee... then again if as an employee you only do strict minimum of work asked from you, you'll away get pay strict minimum as well.
