I've started drinking more milk, water, and orange juice. I didn't really have kidney problems, but my body hurt all the time. My sore back is starting to go away and I feel like I have more energy. Maybe it's the plecebo effect?
I used to think I needed a can of Dew in the morning to get me going, but now I actually feel more awake throughout the entire day without drinking any soda or coffee.
I also used to get really bad headaches if I didn't drink any soda, but I think just staying hydrated with water helps that. The soda was my primary means of hydration, so I imagine that didn't help.
