no, thats the f20c and it's drivetrain is RWD.
the f20b is a JDM DOHC accord engine with obviously a lower displacement

the h22 comes stock with a lower compression than the f20b (10:1 vs 11:1)
this high compression ratio is where the f20b is really one up on the h22... but then it also has a longer stroke.

i wouldnt even think of getting a f20b because it's just too small for the accord or prelude (only 2 liter vs. 2.2 or 2.3) and it doesnt get into the high revs that the h22 gets to (due to a longer stroke)

the compression ratio is an issue aswell, seeing as lower is usually better, esspecially when the engines are puting out the same power....

but hers the complete breakdown:
(these numbers are from what i remmeber they may be wrong, but i think i got them mostly right...)

f20b: DOHC :long stroke :200hp :11:1 Comp ratio :160?? tq: redline in the 6's
h22a: DOHC :shorter stroke:200hp :10:1 comp ratio :156 tq: redline in the 8's
