Actually the research I've done:
cold air intake (AEM type) resonance helps with high rpm power, but kills lower end power. Also a free flowing exhaust like an N1 exhaust does the same thing. As well as 4-1 header.
a short intake and my new A'PEXi WS helps with low end power as well as 4-2-1 header.
