Starting with a drained tranny.

Take out the upper "fill hole" plug.

Next remove the speedo drive gear. [10mm bolt on the retaining plate, then a gentle twist and pull on the speedo drive to get it to come out]

Use a funnel with a hose on it to put 10w30 or honda MTF in through the speedo drive gear hole. Pour slowly, and keep pouring until oil starts coming out of the "fill hole" in a steady dribble. Put the plug back in place, re install the speedo drive gear and retaining plate/bolt, and you're done.
