not true, its like guns dotn kill people, people kill people... you know, that adage...
nitrous wont kill engines, idiots using nitrous kill engines. if you dont have too much going in, going in at the wrong times, etc you dont have to worry.... ive heard of plenty of cases where people used nitrous on high mile cars for a long time and never had problems.
both are very reliable sources of power if you do it right. dont cut corners, do it right the first time and your car will last.
turbo up front is more expensive (~3 grand for a kit) and to catch up with a ZEX kit (~600$ all said and done) you will have to fill your 10 lb bottle A LOT (30-50$ per bottle refill) so that gives you around 80 bottles.... keep your finger off the purge valve when you dont need to purge your system, dont just spray for the hell of it or for dumb stoplight races and a 10 lb bottle can last you a pretty long time
i personally plan to go with some nitrous at some point after rebuilding and raising my c/r
turbo is just too expensive for my tastes.
