"Won" is a factual term. Black and white. You can't vote on something that just is.

I think you can perceive winning as who of the 2 actually gain more votes after the debate. And I think its true that if the debate actually makes you decide who your going to vote for, then your misinformed... but a lot of people ARE misinformed.
