For people who do not know the topics as well as Bush haters, I think Kerry had the upper hand. He mainly bashed Bush's actions instead of laying out his plans on how he will get allies and have his other plans happen and make us safer as a country.
I was actually quite impressed with Bushs speaking tonight. It was unusually fluid and coherent (no bash intended).

I think maybe he is more comfortable when he doesn't have a premade speech:dunno:
