But it does sound like Kerry is always pointing fingers at Bush and not really answering the question, "If I were President, this is what I would do differently than what Bush has done..."
Well considering Kerry hasn't been in the Presidents chair as of now all he can do is point to what has been done.
At the same time all Bush can do is defend his position and point out Kerrys record as Senator.
Why is this so confusing, its not like we can live the last 4 years over and try it with Kerry in office....we only have past experiences to go on and that is what will be called into question
