yes. the 00-01 gsr's have a longer a-pipe so the cat is a few inches further back than where it is on 94-99 gsr's.
which is why those of you 00-01 GSR owners that sometimes finds some manufactures don't have a header for your year model...buy the 94-99 LS header.
