Nitrous pros: cheap, power when you want it
Nitrous cons: have to keep refilling bottle

Turbo pros: badass, adjustable, wins more pissing contests
Turbo cons: expensive, most are not CARB-legal

Depends how much money you wanna spend. If I had the funds I would definitely go with a turbocharger.
