Called and make an appt to get it in Friday. I explained it to the gal on the phone, she said "It should be" of course they cannot be sure since they have not plugged in the computer and seen the code for themselves. There's no mistaking the code I pulled, i counted the flashes several times, all the same.

Reading this website list of recalls/TSB's for 98 Accords, although you can't see the details anymore, makes me think it should be covered

On a seperate question, how do they go about charging people for TSB fixes? Both labor and parts, right? There's a couple that relate to mine, but they aren't a big deal for me to pay to have them fixed, like the drivers seat moves slightly side to side when I take full 90' turns, but that is nitpicking and I can live with a few things like that, for a 6 year old car.
