i have the same problem. my doctor said that it seems to be Acid Reflux. it's nothing big right now, but it's a sign of future heart problems. I have a history of heart conditions in my family as well as high cholesterol and cancer. My cholesterol right now is really high for my age and that's probably why I'm getting these chest pains. my girlfriend has it also, and she has high blood pressure.
