I have the same problem with my 95 accord ex v6... but only in the morning.. so I am pretty sure its the cold, cause afternoons it comes out fine (they tend to be alot warmer) but its been like this for a year... i just eventually get it out, sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes though. It makes me look like an ass.
