There is only so much power an exhaust can make (if ever), and this holds true, especially to Hondas. But in terms of reputation, I think that Tanabe has made a name for themselves and it's one of the more popular brands of exhausts out there.

I myself own an older G-Power Medallion (it's been discontinued) and I love it.
