from what i understand, the h23 and the f22 have the same bottom end. they're stroke is the same. same rods and crank. but there is the obvious .1 liter overbore from the f22 to the h23.
anyway, i'm assuming that since people have a huge hassle with putting h22 heads on h23 bottom ends, you're going to run into the same problems they do.
