My Honda/Acura integra is a 95 with 183k and I redline that bitch all the way up about 3-4 times a day if not 20-30 times a day and I never never never have a problem. I start it up and once is warms up if your sitting in my car or outside you don't even know it's on. So rev it up as long as you have the $ for gas other then that your good to go. Enjoy your VTEC shit that's what it's there for.
