I live in South Florida and I recently purchased a 1995 White Honda Civic EX and I am interested in moderately modifying it i.e. (Rims, Lights, Paint, Cold Air Intake). I'd like to do it all at once but, I currently don't have the funds for that so I've opted to do it in four phases.

Phase I.
rims and tires...
I currently have the stock hums and used tires, I'd like to get either decent used rims and new tires or new rims and tires for around $350-$550

Phase II.
lights (front & back)
I have the stock head & tail lights in now, I'd like to get (projector/black backgroud/ corner light signal attached), and black back ground euro lights.
I'd be interested in either used or new, like to spend around $250-$300

Phase III.
Suspension/ Handling

I'd like to install a strut bars front and back, I've been looking on ebay and I have seen complete suspention sets for around $80-$100.00, Q. Are these items I see on ebay legit of is it a matter of you get what you pay for?

Phase IV.
body kit/ paint...
its like one of those things, where you know it when you see it... I not sure whether or not I want to change the color to blue, but what i do know is that I want new paint job....I'm new to the area and need help finding a place that does decent work at a reasonable price.
