I ordered projector headlights and it has been a month, 15 days and counting... they have no address listed, no phone number listed... only a form to fill out to contact them... yet I did this 5 times and they never responded. I also went through a domain whois to find out more info and they used a domain proxy to hide all their registration information. I called the credit card company and made a billing dispute so I luckily got my money credited back :\
