She didn't do it with a filter, she put the pics in photoshop and cropped them, saved them and uploaded them to her own site. Photoshop didn't modify the preview image that it displays when you go to open a file, just the actual image itself (I guess their stored seperately and the preview isn't updated unless a major change is made to the original). Someone saved the cropped images and opened them with photoshop and then screenshot and expaned them to what you see. I thought it was pretty funny when it happened and she doesn't look bad.
