Can't speak for Stech, but this may help you decide between Eibach and H&R - Tirerack tests both: http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/t...bach_hr_rd.htm

Basically the H&R's are a bit more on the sporty side than Eibach. And keep in mind that the respective drops will be different on the Accord.
