Or just go buy some crappy wheels (without tires) from a yard or tire shop, and paint them and then have your tires installed on them, that way you have time to let the paint dry, and so you can still drive your car.... I did it that way, also, you can get about 2 coats of clearcoat on them to protect them, and make them easyer to wash..

Just remember its all about the preperation, make sure you have no oils or grease, or brake dust on them befor you start, lightly sand them down, and put atleast 2 coats of primer on them, and 2 coats of paint, and a clearcoat if you like them to last and be shiney...
