Bilsteins are good up to about a 600# spring rate, which is better than the retailed version of Koni Yellows. If you like your Neuspeed springs and how the car handles with them, then Bilsteins is a good cheap way to go if you need shocks.

The racer crowd tend to swear by revalved Koni Yellow because they can change the spring rates at will. The Buddy Club coilovers are very popular in Honda Challenge, and there is also some support of JIC. For whatever that's worth.
