I have a link at home that will probably help you but I'm at school right now. I know how you feel about the jobs thing, I'm working 2 and going to school full time.

As for your swap, the harness that's coming with a JDM motor is almost completely useless to you. Aside from a JDM car being RHD so the battery/steering/brake stuff is all switched, the '96+ Civic wiring harness are a completely different design from the '92-'95 Civic's and '94-'00 Integra's. EG/DC harnesses are a 2 piece harness, with an engine and in-car harness that disconnects inside the engine bay. With an EK Civic, it's all one harness that attaches to the engine and goes down through the firewall below the battery and attaches directly to the ECU. Good news is the physical plugs on the engine are almost the same and the harness are interchangeable (IE, you'll need to remove your stock engine's harness and swap it onto the new B18B).

Your going to have a few problems though, a JDM B18B will be OBD I and your car is OBD II. your going to need a conversion harness to use the B18B's OBD I ECU. This will work but will most likely fail you from any legitmate emissions testing (depending on your local laws and connections, this may not be an issue but you should be aware of it). There also may be some issues with plugs not matching up and not being in the right place. Fixing the location is easy (the O2 sensor will probably need to be moved, and most likely others), just buy some wire and some crimp connectors or a soldering gun and some heat shrink tubing. The plugs that may not be the same physical shape and size you should be able to salvage the nessicary plugs form the JDM harness (specifically I'm think injector plugs are different, as will the distributor plug, there may be others). I'll post that link up when I get home (it's specific to swapping an OBD II engine into an OBD II car but it should work for you if you just follow the steps and use a conversion harness). Good luck with everything.
