ok, this is really for an accord, but i figured that the majority of you lude guys know the H22 inside out by now and i could use your help

i need an estimate on how much an engine rebuild for a h22 would cost if i wanted to say "bullet proof" it... this includes everything from new pistons/rods/sleeves to god knows what i havent thought of.... i've heard stuff about new cam gears that might help as well as sending things off to get machined.... i would apreciate any help i can get

could you also give me your opinions on what else i could add to make the engine more stable at lets say 14+psi?
